Introduction: All It Takes Is Following A Simple Strategy Success Formula That’s Proven To Work EVERY Time It Is Used

Over and over and over again, I am asked the same question.

Folks send me dozens of emails. I get phone calls. During interview after interview it comes up. Whenever it comes to conversation about my internet business, I always get asked one question above everything else.

And that question is…
…”How did you become so successful, so fast?”
Anytime you go from a complete unknown to one of the most respected and trusted web marketing consultants in less than a year, folks want to know……”how?”

How did you do it?

While there are a lot of pieces to the puzzle, it all boils down to two strategies that I observed in my research of what other successful people were doing.

You have in your hands the 2 strategies that I personally applied to go from a zero to a hero. IF — and don’t let that small word fool you, it’s a BIG key — IF you apply these same 2 strategies, then I *guarantee* you will find similar success.

No doubt about it.

And the reason that I say this is for a couple of reasons…

First, I have never known ANY “wildly” successful netrepreneur who doesn’t apply these strategies. They are UNIVERSAL. I’ve done my research. What worked for me is the exact same system that has worked for ALL “wildly” successful eBusiness owners. There are no exclusions here. This isn’t a system that works only for a few. It is a system that works for every single person who uses it, AND it’s a system that every single successful person online has used, whether they realize it or not.

Secondly, ANYONE can use it. I’ve looked at hundreds of success stories online. And these folks come from all different walks of life. Some are highly educated. Others are high school dropouts. Some are very creative. Others don’t have a creative bone in their body. Some folks had a lot of money to invest. Others were headed for the poor house. ANYONE can use what I am about to share and find real success online. It doesn’t matter what your qualifications are, or your skills or your resources. It just matters that you have a desire to follow-through on what I am about to share with you.
So, this one’s for you.

Really. It is. Get that in your head from the beginning. This wasn’t written for your neighbor or the local physician in your hometown. It wasn’t written for someone in another country or from another planet.
It’s written for YOU.

Follow these two simple strategies and they will lead you to success.

I did. And I went from being completely broke and $30,000 in credit card debt, to earning a huge six-figure income online every year. I earned more this past year than I have earned in my entire life combined.

If you are currently trying to lose weight or if you have ever gone on a diet then you will definitely be able to relate to what you’re about to read.

Think about a typical day on a diet. You start off your day strong — usually. You wake up in the morning ready to finally get your weight loss plan going. You are raring to go and you probably eat a healthy low-calorie breakfast. You may even go get some exercise.

Everything seems to be going right and you’re feeling very hopeful that this time your diet will work and you will lose the weight you want to lose.

Then what happens?

Did you know that most diets tend to break down or fall apart in the middle to late afternoon? Is that what usually happens to you?

There have been scientific studies conducted on brain waves that show that often around 3 to 4 PM your body enters a time that researchers have called the “breaking point.” This is a time when your brain waves slow down and your body transitions into a place where it wants to be in a recuperating phase of rest or sleep. This causes your body to experience one of your lowest energy points of your waking hours.

During this phase you may feel less alert, very fatigued, and possibly like you need a nap. You know, that feeling of sluggishness near the end of your workday where it gets more hard to think clearly and focus to get your work done.

This low energy time of day is the exact time that a huge percentage of dieters fall off the diet wagon and they reach for food to try to regain energy to get themselves through the rest of their day. Unfortunately these quite often empty calories (usually found in the vending machine) don’t even give you energy — eating simply occupies your brain with action and falsely helps you feel like you have more energy. Or you may get more energy for a brief moment and then drop down into even deeper sluggishness.

A better plan (and one that would help you stick with your new healthy diet) is to be very aware that these slower phases occur in your body and brain every day — then make a plan to give yourself what you REALLY need — rather than empty calories — when those sluggish times of low energy hit you.

So what do you really need? Your body really needs a break if at all possible. Grab a quick 20 minute nap or “rest break” if your schedule and environment allow it. You will feel a lot better if you can give your body to rest it wants. That short rest will rejuvenate you for the remainder of the day.

If you can’t take a quick nap, then at least take a small break. Even a five-minute break with a change of pace — away from your desk if possible — where you do some light stretching, take a short walk, grab some fresh air outside and reconnect to your body, your mind, and YOU.

Avoid using food to push yourself through your day. Listen to your body and give it food only when it is hungry and give your body rest when it needs rest. Get in touch with what you REALLY need and you will reach your health and weight loss goals.

Are You Stopping Your Internet Marketing Success?

Everyone wants to succeed with Internet Marketing. That’s obvious, right? Then why do some people do things to make themselves fail? Well, because they have no idea they are actually hurting themselves. So you have to ask yourself: Are you stopping your Internet Marketing success?

One of the biggest mistakes people make that stops them from Internet Marketing success is trying to do too much at once. There are so many great opportunities to make money online. Yet if you try to do too many things all at once then you won’t succeed at any of them. It’s like the old saying: “A Jack of all trades, a master of none”. So to be successful you have to be a master of one, or at least one thing at a time.

So be sure you focus on just one task at a time. Be sure you don’t let yourself get distracted until you complete a project all the way to the end. Take the time, energy, and money to finish whatever it is your working on and then move on to the next great thing. If you allow yourself to get distracted then you either won’t finish any project or you’ll do a poor on every project. Whichever happens, it wouldn’t be good for you or for your business.

To be sure you complete every task before you move onto another one, you need to set very clear goals for each day and each week. Your goals should all help you accomplish a greater goal which is to finish the project and make money from it. If you set goals ahead of time and make sure you complete those goals then you won’t have to worry about getting distracted or trying to work on too many things at once.

Every so often you really need to stop and ask yourself the question: Are you stopping your Internet marketing success? There are many mistakes that people make that really hurt their Internet Marketing business. One of the biggest mistakes is trying to work on too many projects all at once. Be sure you don’t make this common mistake. Be sure to concentrate on one project at a time and see it all the way to the end. Then you can move on. This way you will be successful with Internet Marketing.

Do you remember the days of being able to eat whatever you wanted, whenever you wanted, without seeing any change in what the scale was reporting? Weren’t those the days! So what happened? As time passes, digestive systems take a real beating and many find themselves starting to pack on extra pounds. The good news is, it does not have to stay that way.

Studies have reported that as early as the age of three the stomachs of many children are already in a state of shock from what they are forced to process. While it usually takes a few years for symptoms to appear, the assault started long before.

Besides the affect of unhealthy food choices and chemical ingestion, the stomach and digestive system as a whole is hard-hit from the impact of life’s daily stress. Since our body systems are intertwined, a blow in one area ripples into the others.

As the digestive system becomes impaired in its ability to process all that is sent its way, toxins start to build up in the body. As a survival mechanism the body then starts to gain mass to reduce the percentage of total body toxicity, storing the toxins in the fat cells. This then tends to push people to start dieting, which for many is the beginning of a frustrating loop of weight loss and weight gain - determination and disappointment.

The body really does not care how much it weighs. It is most concerned with how its systems are functioning and will spend its energy coming to the aid of any system working at a sub-optimum level. Since fat loss requires so much energy, there is none available for it if some system is out of order.

So, the key to permanent weight loss is to get to the root of the problem, which for many is going to be getting their stomach out of the state of shock and back to operating at its full potential. While this can take some time, many will see results quickly when they start to provide their bodies with premium fuel: whole foods with live enzymes that the body can easily and readily assimilate for its essential processes.

To adequately provide your body with good nutrition, the whole foods should include a variety of colors and should incorporate different tastes such as bitter, sweet, sour, salty, astringent (cranberries and tea) and pungent (hot, spicy).

Once the body nourishes its systems back to health, it will then have the energy to focus on weight loss. As you nourish your body with nutrient-packed food, it will at some point turn its attention to the removal of the toxins that are stored in the fat. As those toxins are released, the body will shed the fat and you will effortlessly return to your natural healthy weight.

Do not beat yourself up if you have tried dieting and have been unsuccessful; instead turn your attention to finding ways to nourish your body with superior nutrition, then watch what your body will do for you.
